KUALA LUMPUR: Cypark Resources Bhd has received an approval-in-principle letter from the Government for the proposed development of a sanitary landfill at Ladang Tanah Merah, Negri Sembilan.
The company told Bursa Malaysia that the Government had approved its proposal to implement the project through a build, operate and transfer method, subject to the terms and conditions that would be agreed upon within the next six months.
Cypark had earlier submitted the proposal for a concession period of 25 years.
